Roto-Rooter Service 3/14/11 and 3/22/11: called on 3/14/11 to fix a problem somewhere in our main drain out and they were here within an hour. It took a few hours to get everything fixed, but everything seemed to be working fine when he left. camera inspection was part of what we paid for to make sure everything was fixed; when that guy came by a week later, we were still experiencing some minor issues so they sent a master plumber with a camera out - not only did they see/fix all the excess buildup, they found our outdoor clean out access, (the previous company with a camera to try and find it, couldn't). All the guys that were here were very professional and courteous and explained things and answered questions when I had them. Would definitely call again.
