Would not recommend shopping here. Tried to return an open shower trim kit but would not take it. It was the right kit for my application but just didn’t fit in the cutout of the tile. I’m not going to cut the tile myself so I figured I could try to find a different kit. All pieces were still in the plastic but the owner would not let me return it. I had to cut the plastic open because it is packaged in one of those almost impossible to get into containers, there is no good way to open it. Now I’m out $47 and have a kit with no use. No wonder why people don’t shop at these Ace stores that don’t take returns. Off to Home Depot, will never shop at Ace again.
I don't think they have answered the phone in the last decade. It goes directly to an automated message. I drive farther from my home to go to alternate hardware stores due to not being able to call to verify product availability.
I won't go to this place again. It says no returns on opened items. That's ridiculous because I bought a 4 pack of candles today & 2 of them don't work. So I'm suppose to lose out on my money. Terrible return policy! And nobody answers the phone there.
It's Ace hardware, standard hardware and tools with a home decorating section. Can be a little more expensive then the big box stores but very convenient and great for a quick in and out purchase. New employees seem to be alot more friendly and helpful unlike the other regime.
These people NEVER answer the phone..their always "busy" with other customers. So I guess I'm supposed to waste my time driving to this place with the hope they can accommodate me. No thanks...I think I'll shop where people actually pick up the phone!......
