My wife and I went with another couple and for the first time and could not be happier that we decided to try this place out. The beer menu is dizzying with hundreds of selections and the food was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. She recommended several beers that were excellent. We will be back!
Humiliated in front of son, by Jenna, barmaid, for raising arms to get her attention. Lambasted as a patron, a long time customer for years bringing new customers into STEAM. Lest we be reminded who is the paying customer. All the while, watching her happily pour double shots to 2 young men seated next to us, with little or no regard for their well being, at least 5-6-7 in less than an hour of Jameson, yet, we're reprimanded as my sons Amstel had a swig left to drink. Huh???...ill not return to STEAM as long as Jenna remains the Wednesday night barmaid. Her outburst is an embarrassment to your establishment, all the while making nice with the shot drinking young men, who I'll believe was their first visit to Steam, while my son and I have been regulars for years. Disgraceful behavior to long standing patrons in front of my son and friends. Many other establishments in the area who care for their clientele. My voice will not be silent. So very sorry to have to write this.
Awesome place, great food, good service, plenty of T V 's to keep track of your favorite sports. Nice live music Saturday night. I would highly recommend this place . Thanks guys had a great time , I know I'll be coming back soon!!!
Great happy hour specials. Food was pretty good, wings were only ok. The barmaid was pleasant. The crowd was having a good time and everybody was very nice. There was plenty of parking and the building itself is really cool.
Fun place. Music wasn't great but better than most places in the area. Would go again. They have a neat setup that shows what beers they have, how much they cost and how much is left in the keg.
